Manuka honey is sourced from the nectar of the manuka bush (Leptospermum scoparium) which is native to New Zealand. Manuka honey contains naturally occurring methylglyoxal (MGO), making it a popular choice for skin care, face masks, and other topical applications. Manuka is also rich in antioxidants and is wonderful stirred into hot tea, as well as used in cooking and baking.

Warning: Do not feed honey to infants under 2 years old.

Manuka honey has a tendency to crystallize. To restore it to its natural state, it can be gently warmed in a water bath. As this is a natural product, Color may vary.
